Cancellation Policy
It's important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, I lose the opportunity time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.
Less than 48 hours notice is considered a "late cancellation" and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. 2nd time will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service and will be banned from booking again.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment and will be banned from booking again.
Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Confirmation emails are sent 72 hours in advance by email and text, and reminders 48 hours in advance by email and text to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot to be given to another client.
If you show up to your appointment 15 minutes late or more then, we will reschedule your appointment with a 50% charge or we will shorten the appointments scheduled which can result of not getting the look the was booked. If this becomes an on going habit you will be banned from booking again.
There are no refunds for any services that are provided.
Retail products can be returned within 7 days of the original date that it was bought, there will no cash back just in salon credit.
Any deposits that are made towards services, are non refundable.
If you reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours that deposit becomes forfeited and will not go towards that rescheduled appointment.
